Over 4 weeks, in a small, intimate circle of like-hearted women, you’ll explore how to:
- Offer and receive conscious, nurturing touch
- Release tension and emotions stored in the body
- Awaken vitality with playful Tai Chi energy practices
- Learn to create a calm, sacred massage space using key Feng Shui principles
- Support others (and yourself) with touch that is attuned, healing, and soul-honoring
