You are not broken. You are not “just aging.” What you are feeling is the cumulative effect of a life lived for others, in a body whose rhythms were never truly honored.
And here is what I know, from the inside out: it can change.
I Know This Because I Lived It.
At 50, I went through a divorce after years of living in a level of complexity I didn’t yet have words for — raising four children with very different needs, supporting a partner whose world worked very differently from mine, holding everything together while slowly disappearing inside it all. Nothing in my interactions with the people I loved most made sense in the way I expected it to. I didn’t understand why. I only knew it was exhausting in a way I couldn’t explain to anyone.
I am highly sensitive, and I had spent decades absorbing everyone else’s emotions like a sponge — without knowing that was even happening. My body was keeping score the whole time.
Everything hurt to the touch. I had lived with debilitating lower back pain for over 20 years — degenerative disc disease, bulging discs, the kind of pain that becomes the background noise of your entire existence.
That was my wake-up call. Not a gentle tap — a full stop!
I no longer have back pain. The fibromyalgia-like symptoms are gone. My body is stronger, more flexible, and more alive than it was at 40. My sensitivity — once my greatest burden — is now my greatest gift in this work. And I am still tending it, like a garden, every single day.
This is not theory. It is lived experience. And I share it from my heart.
How We Work Together
Wellness consulting with me is not a list of tips. It is a structured, personalized journey — available in 3, 6, or 9-month commitments — organized around the 8 areas of a whole life.
I use the Bagua — a dynamic map from ancient wisdom, reframed in language that speaks to how we actually live today. We begin where the need is greatest, and we move from there.

I hold the following certifications:
- Certified Mastery Level in Nourishing Spaces (The Wellbeing Method) – a dynamic whole-life method rooted in – and reaching far beyond- traditional Feng Shui.
- Certified mastery level in The Wellbeing Method Massage.
- 2nd-degree black belt in The Wellbeing Method Martial Arts – certified instructor in Tai Chi, Qigong, and Meditative Archery.
- I am currently completing my 3rd year in Neuro-Holistic Life Coaching, integrating neuroscience, somatic awareness, and ancient wisdom.
