Below we share our vision, and what we are currently in the process of bringing to life.

1. OUR ACADEMY

An International Integrative Wellness Academy
Based in Atlanta, our Academy is an innovative wellness hub offering comprehensive training, professional certifications, and community-centered healing through our unique integrative approaches.

We offer:

  • In-person classes, workshops, and certification programs
  • An Online Academy serving local, national, and international participants

A NEW MODEL OF LEARNING

Our Academy follows a novel, experience-based model of education, inspired by ancient apprenticeship traditions. Learning is embodied, relational, and practical.

OUR INTEGRATIVE METHODS

We teach three innovative and complementary approaches. We offer certification for each of them.

  1. Wellness Consulting & Holistic Coaching
A new model of holistic coaching that integrates coaching, psychology, neuroscience, emotional regulation, and embodied awareness.
  2. Integrative Oriental Medicine Practices
Including acupuncture and other time-honored Eastern approaches for creating wellbeing, adapted to modern needs.
  3. The Wellbeing Method Massage
A therapeutic and integrative bodywork approach supporting nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing.

Accreditation for our Academy and certification programs is currently in progress.

A FREE CLINIC

At the core of this model is our Free Community Clinic, where students apply what they learn through supervised, real-world practice.

Our Free Clinic is the Heart and Living Essence of our Academy

Our Free Clinic serves two essential purposes:

  1. A supervised learning environment where students practice their skills with care, integrity, and guidance.
  2. A space for community support and connection.

We envision our Clinic as a Wellness Oasis—a nurturing, safe haven offering calm, learning, transformation, emotional support, and a sense of belonging.

COMMUNITY INITIATIVES

Our community-based initiatives include:

  • Suicide Prevention
Anonymous, weekly support groups for individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts.
  • Divorce Prevention & Mediation
Support for couples navigating relational challenges, including mediation when separation is the healthiest path forward, along with support groups.
  • Support for Neurodivergent and Highly Sensitive Individuals and Their Families
Individual support and group programs for young adults, adults, and their families.

Community Service is at the Heart of Our Work

FOUNDATIONAL PRACTICES ACROSS ALL OUR METHODS

All of our work integrates:

  1. SOMATIC PRACTICES FOR EMOTIONAL REGULATION

Supporting alignment of body, mind, and emotions through:

  • Tai Chi & Qigong
  • Breathing and meditation practices
  • Non-competitive martial arts (for self-confidence, self-awareness, and self-reliance)
  • Meditative archery
  • And more

2. CREATING CONSCIOUS ENVIRONMENTS FOR WELLBEING

The science and art of creating nourishing home and work environments—blending modern neuroscience with ancient, time-proven wisdom from Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
This work goes beyond traditional Feng Shui, adapting these principles to the realities of modern life.

A Place to Heal, to Feel Empowered and to Learn a Profession

Our Academy welcomes individuals seeking personal support, healing and empowerment, as well as those who feel called to learn a meaningful profession in the wellness field.

2. OUR NONPROFIT

OUR MISSION

Our nonprofit exists to:

  1. Support and sustain the Free Community Clinic
  2. Serve neurodivergent and highly sensitive individuals and their families

We hold a special commitment to a particularly vulnerable population: neurodivergent and highly sensitive adolescents, young adults, adults, and their families, who often face increased risks, including social isolation and suicide.

Our Academy—and our adaptive, individualized teaching model—offers them:

  • Tailored learning approaches honoring each neurodivergent person’s unique way of learning
  • Pathways for personal healing and empowerment
  • Opportunities to pursue meaningful careers in the wellness field
  • Ongoing support for families

Transforming Crisis into Resilience & Opportunity

OUR PURPOSE
We are here to support highly sensitive and neurodivergent individuals—with a particular focus on young adults and adults navigating the challenges of independence, identity, and belonging. Our mission is to create spaces, tools, careers, and communities where every person can thrive—not by being “fixed” or forced to conform, but by embracing their unique strengths and perspectives.
We also stand alongside families—parents, grandparents, and siblings—who carry the daily challenges of supporting their highly sensitive or neurodivergent loved ones, offering guidance, understanding, and heartfelt support.

WHY WE CARE
My journey began in crisis—supporting children on the spectrum while nothing seemed to work. Conventional approaches all seemed to fall short. Years later, guided by my mentor and wellness coach Nicolas Nobile—a neurodivergent and extraordinary human being—and the holistic methods he developed based on decades of study and experience, I reclaimed my own health and wellbeing. I became a certified practitioner in the Wellbeing Massage and Feng Shui methods, gaining a myriad of skills in emotional regulation that are integral to these practices. Along the way, I also learned deeper ways to understand and honor neurodivergency. Today, alongside Nicolas, I am dedicated to helping others experience a similar transformation.

I have witnessed both the struggles and the beauty of high sensitivity and neurodivergence. I know the moments of despair, but I also know the brilliance and compassion it holds. This nonprofit is my way of sharing what I’ve lived, learned, and experienced—so that families, young adults, and adult highly sensitives and neurodivergents don’t have to walk alone.

OUR APPROACH
We believe high sensitivity and neurodivergence are not disorders but a natural variation of human expression. What society calls “weakness” can become strength if given the right environment.

Unique programs for emotional regulation

At the heart of all our methods, programs, and workshops lies a single essential skill: emotional regulation. We are currently developing new unique programs that include breathing, movement, and other practices tailored to the unique needs of a particular group.

Some of these may not seem directly linked to emotional regulation at first glance, but they spark Joy and Imagination—creating motivation to practice, grow, and succeed. They show participants: “If I can master this, I can master other life skills too.”

Examples include:

  • Martial Arts for All Ages – an empowering non-competitive martial arts designed to cultivate resilience, self-confidence, and self-mastery. This is where my own healing journey began—learning to “tame the wild horse within.” We offer a unique style of martial arts, a combination of Martial Arts and TaiChi & Qigong Energy practices.
  • Archery – the practice that opened my heart and reconnected me with joy.
  • Dance and Movement – often described as one of the most natural and effective ways to regulate emotions.

It is my greatest joy to share these experiences alongside my mentor, while continuing to develop new approaches that make emotional regulation both meaningful and enjoyable.

Community Collaboration & Creative Expression

We also believe creativity is an essential part of wellbeing. That’s why we will collaborate with artists, musicians, movement specialists, and other community members to offer programs in art, music, dance, theater, archery, and more.

These experiences give highly sensitive and neurodivergent individuals safe avenues to express themselves, develop their talents, build confidence, and share their gifts with others. At the same time, they create a vibrant, inclusive community where everyone’s creativity contributes to healing and transformation.

OUR INVITATION

Together, let’s create more human ways of living, learning, and supporting one another. Let’s build a community where highly sensitives, neurodivergents and their families don’t just survive—but flourish.

And here’s the beauty: these programs benefit not only highly sensitive and neurodivergent individuals and their families but everyone our work touches. Everyone is welcome!
Because in the end, we are all human beings, learning how to flourish together.
